Holla! Happy Halloween!
It’s been a busy Halloween for me. Last Saturday my husband and I assumed the identities as David and Victoria Beckham for a local Halloween party and then today I did my best to give you Ellen.
How did you like our Halloween show? I have to tell you, I had a blast! I wish I could break out in dance on every show.
Originally the show producers wanted me to be Kelly Rippa who I love, but I thought I needed a total transformation and since I am a HUGE Ellen fan, she was an obvious choice. I really respect her as a comedian, host and now a philanthropist…so lets just hope she’s got a good sense of humor.
Quite honestly I can’t believe it all came together today because as of last Friday we didn’t have a single costume. I have to say a special thanks to our producers Angela Williams and Michael Cortesi for pulling everything together at the last minute. I also have to thank Ross DiMartucci and Karen for the prosthetics and makeup.
It’s actually been a great week so far. I always have fun with David Tutera and Anne Geddes is so talented and so beautiful. She is proof that 50 is the new 30.
On the home front, my husband and I are looking forward to this weekend because my brother in-law and his girlfriend are coming to town. Maybe I’ll cook an Italian Wedding Soup!

Ereka...I did LOVE the whole Ellen Halloween Thing. It was so FUNNY. I loved it. I hope Ellen saw it and you can
do it for her on her show. I love Bill and Kim too. I actually wrote to the ABC The View so they could
give Kim a chance to co-host. It wasn't until Rosie left that they gave her a chance and I am
sure that iVillage gave her this opportunity because of the guest hosting on The View and
because she is also talented and funny. Like I said...Ereka was great and had me laughing(when will it go on YouTube?).
I really wish you guys could just be like the Halloween episode every day.
Hi Ereka,
Was in the audience for your Halloween show courtesy of a charity silent auction bid. Just wanted to say how much my girlfriends and I enjoyed the show. Your Halloween impersonation of Ellen was flawlessly funny! Also, wanted to say thanks for taking the time to pose with us after the show for pictures. The picture will serve as a fond memory of being part of your very first Halloween show. Thanks again for an entertaining hour.
I must have your haircut!!! Where can I find a picture of it. I went last week and chopped it but it is all wrong. Please help!
